FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Don't see your question? Send photos and we'll cover it in the response.

Can I really get an estimate from photos?
Yes — for most damage, photos give us enough to send you a preliminary range. For complex damage or hidden structural issues, we may ask for additional photos or invite you in for a quick in-person look.
Is the estimate final?
No. Photo-based estimates are preliminary and can change after in-person inspection. Hidden damage, supplemental parts, or work discovered during repair can affect the final price. We always communicate before doing work that changes the estimate.
How do I pay?
Right now we work on a self-pay basis only — most jobs are split 50% deposit at booking and 50% on completion. We accept all major cards through a secure Stripe checkout link we send you with the final estimate. No insurance billing at this time.
How long does it take to get a response?
We respond within one business day. Most customers hear back the same day if photos are submitted before noon.
What photos should I upload?
Front, rear, and both side views of the car, plus close-ups of every damaged area. If a wheel was hit, include a photo of it. The form will guide you through the recommended shots.
What if my photos aren't clear enough to estimate from?
We will usually ask for a few additional shots or a short video first — most of the time, that does the trick. If the damage really cannot be assessed from photos, we may need to inspect the vehicle in person. A $75 in-person inspection fee applies in that case.
Do you take on larger collision jobs?
We focus on small to medium repairs — the kinds of jobs we can deliver consistent quality on without long delays. For larger or more complex collision work, send your photos anyway and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit. On bigger jobs, a deposit may be required before we provide a detailed estimate.
Do I need to bring the car in for the estimate?
Not for the preliminary estimate — photos are usually enough. We schedule an in-person inspection only when needed, or before the actual repair.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Dallas and the surrounding DFW metroplex, including Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Richardson, Plano, Carrollton, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Farmers Branch, Addison, University Park, and Highland Park. Not on this list? Send photos anyway and we will let you know.
Do you work by appointment only?
Yes. Submit photos online first; if you want to come in, we will schedule a time. This keeps the shop focused and the work consistent.
What if my car is not drivable?
Indicate that on the form. We can help guide you on towing options and the fastest path to a repair plan.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
Yes — we are a bilingual shop. You can submit your form, message us on WhatsApp, or call in either English or Spanish.
